"Les Deux Magots" is a famous café in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés area of Paris, France. It once had a reputation as the rendezvous of the literary and intellectual élite of the city. It is now a popular tourist destination. 

I knew nothing of this as I snapped that photo!  I was so absorbed in the moment as I followed the lady with the long turquoise dress and large hat that I noticed nothing of my suroundings!  It was only after I got home from my trip that I saw the sign on the building behind her. I did a little research and only then did I realize that while in Paris I has missed my opportunity to visit this iconic place because I was oblivious to my surroundings andso  focused on getting material for my next great oil painting! Was it worth it? Heck yeah!!!
